Quotations
Prices, lead times and packing on a quotation are valid for the period stated on the offer and apply only to the specification quoted. They are not a public offer.
Orders
A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing (including email). Production starts after the agreed payment terms are met.
Specification
Goods are manufactured to the locked technical sheet. Minor process tolerances are inherent to blown-film production.
Delivery
Incoterms on the confirmation govern risk and cost. Transit delays outside our control do not constitute a breach.
